This site is a complete SCAM. Bought the RETROBLAST console aka R36S (they already removed it from the site) and received a usless piece of crap. Tried to return the item and they started offering a 5USD refund. After several tries I escalated the issue to PayPal and a case was opened. They insisted in refund 50% of the value of the good, but let's be honest, the things they send aren't worth more than a couple of bucks. Still, I didn't feel like giving anything to a fraudelent company and had to proceed with the return. After several message exchanges, asked PayPal to intervene. They (the fraudulent company) finally gave me an address to return the items and I did send them back to China. They claim to be a US based company, but that's also a lie, even when their fraudulent tracking portal says it is being delivered from the US, it's a fake statement, the items are sent from China. Returning the items was kinda expensive, but again, I didn't feel like giving anything to those scammers. I got my full refund a couple of days ago.

I ordered two "Blind Dates with a Book" from this company, but instead of receiving the items I paid for, I got a 10-page pamphlet. I immediately reached out to their customer service, but they refuse to do anything to resolve the issue. On top of that, they’re insisting that I ship everything back, but they aren't even acknowledging that I ordered two items. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card more than the amount of the order. Their “solution” was offering me just $7, which is laughable. I’ve contacted PayPal in hopes they can help me get my money back, and if not, my next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. To top it all off, when I tried to revisit their website, the items don’t even show up anymore. Avoid this company at all costs—they clearly don’t care about their customers and are out to take your money.

I ordered from them and was supposed to get a book. The marketed the product as a blind book where you pick the genre, and they include stickers, pens, markers, and some other random items. I ended up getting some cheap pens and stickers, that I had to pay an additional $5.50 for, and the postal service even marked as fraud. I knew it was from them, so I paid it in order to expose their fraud. I never did get the book and they are refusing to refund the full amount. They attempted to offer me $2.00 for an order that totaled $35 and that is unacceptable. Then offered to refund the $5.50 for the cheap and childlike items I did receive, and I told them I want a full refund. I have a picture that shows the fraud label from the postal service. This place is a scam. Don't order from them!

It's a complete scam. They sent me a photocopied chapter of a book. I emailed customer service for a refund and they offered me $2usd. Do not buy from this company.

The product took forever to come. When it did, it was not at all put together as advertised - all in pieces with a piece of string/thread and 2 cut up dollar store flowers. The “book” was one chapter, photocopied, of a Nicholas Sparks novel. When I reached out and shared my issues (after not even being able to find the product in their site anymore) they said that is what I ordered and offered me $4 US as compensation. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I would put a negative review if I could. Completly false advertisement of goods. Took over 2 months to arrive and wasn't even close to what I ordered. DO NOT BUY from this company, I'm out over $50 for items I could of purchased for less than $10 at a dollar store.

Scam I order two blind date with a book because they had a 50% off sale spent 41CAD on it and just got it yesterday they gave me stickers and a brochure like book nothing of what I ordered I contacted them and the said that could give me a $5USD refund that's only $7CAD thay havent answered me for a full refund im not happy never trust this company ever

Hello everyone, Do not purchase as they are fraud. Order them in November and here we are in February. Been arguing with them and nothing. They said they shipped it and provided me three different tracking, number and nothing. I reported them to the BBB, my bank, PayPal and nothing. I showed them my ring camera of the date they said and nothing. No shipped products and nothing.
