The only way to help this company improve is to shut them down and report them to the Better Business Bureau. Ordered in October- order was not delivered until yesterday January 8. Was expecting a fantasy full novel as well as some accessories to go with the fantasy theme. What I received was a marker that is not a midliner marker, a piece of purple THREAD (WTF), flimsy paper bookmark, cheap stickers and the first 7 pages of A Walk to Remember... which is not a fantasy book!!!!!

Wrong product. If i receive the money back or the product i order i change the review.

Brought date with a book as shown on Facebook which had loads of positive comments. I went via the link and checked the reviews, which I should of realised were fake. 4.98 star review... ( Added my bad review yesterday and checked today and it's gone) I got what my partner described as a pamphlet. Not even 3 chapters and did not arrive wrapped like was shown all items arrived loose in a plastic folder. No tea, no face mask... not the genre i had picked either. I emailed them complaining, I got offered 2USD then 4USD which is not amountable to what I paid for shipping (£3.60)

Do not buy from these scammers. I can't emphasize enough. Will not receive. Tracking 2 months out still and no products. Tried to cancel immediately, they said too late already sent. Very shady company.

Stay away. Got sent the wrong item to what I ordered and it was nothing like the product description. Said USA but came from Chinese postal/company address. Company refusing to let me return or to refund and saying I got what I ordered. I ordered Horror blind date with a book, and got romance and it was a leaflet . . Not a book. So angry with this company and lack of comeback or help. Took over a month to arrive aswell.

Awful - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They order description was incorrect, the packages took weeks to arrive and were actually from China not the US as initially stated. When I emailed they said my order was correct and departments had confirmed this. But my screenshot of the order proved that wrong from the description given to what I received. Disgusted this can even go on. Will be reporting.

I would prefer to give them no stars! Yes I got sucked in like a lot of the other people and got scammed with my Blind Date with a Book which unfortunately I ordered on impulse. Actually been sent a copy of one or two chapters of a book, a knock off highlighter, inferior stickers. All costing over AUD$40!! What a rip-off! Buyers beware!

As others stated …… why did I not check the reviews!!! I am hoping I can get a refund. The first thing is I know to never order from a Facebook link!!!! I don’t know why I did this time. They first attempted to add money to my initial charge and when I emailed them they said it was a system error and they did refund the 6.54 they charged in addition to the charge I authorized. They then charged an international fee. That was an under a $1. I have made numerous attempts to cancel my order. I have no product and no one will respond. I will attempt a refund with my bank. UPDATE I received a photo copied number of pages…..NOT a book and not the genre selected!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller.
