They charge there costumers 5-6-8 dollars extra on our monthly statements and not even tell use the charges are for books prier to this we're free of charge So I am on a auto monthly plan. By the time they take all the extra my monthly payment only covers about a 10-11 days And they miss treat there employees in every way possible..
