I paid for my company logo last week on this website and went for upgrading it by adding $9 for high resolution output. I don't understand 1 thing that is once a logo is purchase they are not supposed to allow another person to buy as these logo's are being registered and 2 companies cannot share the same logo. One more concern i see is, I have paid for the logo and every time i edit it takes me to payment screen again. So, what do you mean?? every time i change a little thing in logo i pay?? are you kidding me?? And your customer service sucks. I have dropped in my concern last week and till now i haven't received any response. I feel looted.
