After receiving the first round of logos i realized i probably wouldn’t have been satisfied with anything they sent and especially because the package i bought only allowed 3 revisions. i asked for a refund instead of wasting their time and never heard from them again. they scammed me.

Horrible experience from the beginning. Having to wait nearly a whole month to SETTLE for what I did says a lot about how they value customers. Never again.

I contracted with Design Majesty to create our company logo, business cards, etc. They assured me that they have a guarantee that can be used if we're unhappy with any of their work. They even talked me into upgrading my services for an additional fee. Weeks later, we have part of a logo, but they have demonstrated that they cannot comprehend English well, as we've been unable to get simple color and design changes made. They are now stating that the guarantee no longer applies. I should have known from the start to not trust this company. Solomon was exceptionally pushy about trying to get me to buy their website design services. When he made multiple strong pushes for their services to both my email and texting, I told him to not ask me about it again. Looking back, this was enough of a red flag that I should have just used a different company for everything.

I got an email instantly with the prompt to pay for my agreement which was $600 for a logo and additional services. After an extremely frustrating "back and forth" about the logo which repeatedly had mistakes in it I asked if I could just pay the initial $189 for the logo and skip the other services. Solomon refused to give me back the difference. He then gave me a final logo that had a prior issue on it that had been resolved. I overlooked it and he refused to correct it without charging me another $210 despite his advertisement of "100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back." I felt this was extremely inappropriate when he had kept my $600 and had repeatedly made mistakes causing the overall turnaround time to exceed 6 weeks for an end product that I could have made myself on a free logo maker.

I chatted with one of their reps and found out not only did they not complete the project but their multiple mistakes and delays were accompanied by continued apologies without results. I have waited over 4 weeks for my website, and all I see was mockups pushing 3 weeks ago, and no response for 5 days already after complaining. They promised my website would be ready for tax season (2/1/2021), but they did not keep that promise. And, now they have completely ignored me since Friday, 1/29/2021. And, I'm out my money, their promised business cards (to make up for a huge screw up 3 weeks ago), and still no website for opening of tax season. How humiliating when I trusted this company to bring my business site to the next level. And, I'm still stuck with my old website from last year that they criticized after I already made arrangements for them to revamp.
