I just purchased a Blaze grill from Designing Backyards. Before ordering, I confirmed with Luca that the grill I wanted was in stock. After I placed my order, Luca emailed me to say that the grill I had ordered had gone out of stock and that Designing Backyards would upgrade me to the next level grill at no extra charge. Wow! Such integrity and customer service is a real rarity these days! Order went smoothly and product was shipped and delivered quickly. Product was well packaged for shipment, resulting in no obvious damage. I would absolutely order from Designing Backyards again.
