I had such a great experience. Also found them online looking to furnish my outdoor kitchen. Spent a lot of time doing research, but when I got Luca through the chat bot, he called me immediately and helped me through making my decisions. I’ve gone with the true flame appliances, and I’m so happy and excited they are holding the appliances for a month for our outdoor kitchen is not complete. I know I will be happy.

When searching for the Summerset appliances and storage package for my backyard kitchen Designing Backyards came up in my search. I reached out to them with a few questions and got way more than I expected. Luca was so helpful and guided me through the rest of my project. Their design team produced an amazing rendering of what we were trying to accomplish which gave me all the confidence I needed to place my order. My Summerset TRL Pro, Griddle Pro and all the Summerset storage products we ordered arrived safely on two pallets about 5 days later. There are bunch of websites where you can buy “the product” but not many companies with the level of customer service I experienced with Designing Backyards. I would highly recommend them for your next outdoor project.

I love this new grill. It couldn’t have been easier to order it from Designing Backyards. Luca answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Kinsley was on time and worked efficiently. I can’t wait to cook on it. Thank you, Luca and Kinsley

Recently bought a Blaze griddle through them. I mistakenly got LP instead of NG. Super helpful communication on how to resolve. Super responsive. Zero pressure. Amazing service

Been working on building my summer kitchen and needed some specific high end appliances. Found Designing Backyards through a search and they had what I was looking for at better prices than most other places I came across. When i had a question about one of the items and reached out on a Sunday evening around 9pm I wasn't expecting much, but someone actually got back to me and sorted it out. Placed the order that night and everything showed up within 4 business days. No complaints. Would use them again!

Super happy with my outdoor kitchen! Honestly, they had the best price out of all the quotes I got. Everything went really smooth, shipping was free and pretty quick, and their customer service was great whenever I had questions. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a solid setup!

The customer service is outstanding. It’s immediate and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with getting the wrong orifice for the natural gas to LP conversion from the manufacturer. The owner not only got back to me immediately on a Saturday but he shipped the correct ones to me next day delivery! Thank you guys for making it easy for me to enjoy my new grill!

We purchased three items for our outdoor kitchen including a Blaze LTE+ Grill, Blaze Power Burner and a Summerset 32” Farmhouse style sink from Designing Backyards recently. We were very confused with the range of options available in the market and could not finalize even after 2 months of searching around. We serendipitously found Designing Backyards. We got connected to Luca through their online chat, and boy he was a real star salesperson. He made our entire shopping experience seamless. He patiently listened to our needs, understood our budget and behaved as a real fiduciary. He helped in researching, comparing and advised us on the best products with a long-term durability view while ensuring we stay within our budget. Once we placed the order, he meticulously kept us updated on the order and shipment status. We received our equipment in California within 2 days of ordering ensuring we stay on track for our project schedule. Thank you Luca! We were so impressed with this experience that we also referred our neighbor too who also ended up ordering a couple of the kitchen appliances for their custom kitchen.
