This is an update from my original review. I paid them to create a logo design and create a website for me. The initial experience was very good. I also paid for 1 year of service to keep my website free of problems and working. The first couple of months, it was functioning as promised and the services was good, but then the website started having errors and you could not access it for weeks at a time. The service I was promised has not been delivered and I do not even have a consistent functioning website. Also, the person I was working with Jack, has since left the company and I was never reassigned someone to take over my case. I was willing to try a small business to save a little money, now it will cost me more money and time I do not have because I have to set it all up again with a different company. See my initial review below (5/21/2024): Jack Wilson exceeded my expectations. I like how easy he was to work with. He was professional and he always respected my time by being punctual. He was efficient with making the updates to the website and he was always courteous. I appreciated how he always replied promptly to my emails and made the changes to the website. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to build their website.

Sales guy was great. Got me signed up for a logo and a website. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from them. Bad decision on my part to hire them

Lot A of phone calls to me to upsell and promises I would be satisfied. Once the you realized I wasn’t a big spender and they couldn’t reel me in…I was basically ignored. The final logo had a weird potted plant thing in the background. I asked for the promised refund but never heard back on that. Waste of money!!!

Please be careful, they are a gang of thieves. Over a year ago I paid them to create two websites and a logo for me. They started by saying that everything was going to cost around $2500. Once I paid them, they did not want to give me the legal documents that confirmed the registration of my logo, nor the credentials for me to manage my websites. Supposedly because there were additional applications that had to be integrated before they would handle that information . Today June 14 I have already paid around $7000 dollars and they still do not want to give me anything concerning to manage my website. The websites are live but I can't use it.

This design company is a band of theives. They start you on a low rate, then don't tell you about the necessary add ons which will cost you $$$$. Will never get the website working, because you have to pay them first for each add on. Same story every time, with each add on. I will never do business with them again. Don't work with them.

Extortion. Paid to have a website built. Would not send it to us unless we paid an additional $300 after already paying over $400.

Very scamming. Quoted us price to build web site. Then when almost done. Insists we host with the,. When we explained we have a dedicated server, They get upset and then will not give us remaining files for our web site. So we have no working web site. They ask for more money to release rest of files. BAD!!! Stay away from these criminals.

My original experience with this company was 5 stars. Great designs and all but after paying and asking for copyrights for logo I was told it would take a few months but it never happened. Not to mention after a while of asking about it they blocked me from the app that was used to communicate with them- Basecamp. After spending money to get this stuff done it is very disappointing not to get what you paid for.
