Delivery timescale unacceptable
Still waiting for delivery of an 'advent' item ordered in October. Incorrect tracking information provided for several weeks showing shipment form US to UK, before being told it is actually coming from China and current tracking has no delivery schedule provided.

Avoid if in UK
Obviously they have no problems sending things to the US. Still awaiting delivery of advent calendars (dec 3). They give sellers on facebook/tiktok a bad and untrustworthy reputation. Have requested a refund but this is not my first interaction with this shoddy company
