I was disappointed with the quality of the product . It looked nothing like the photograph .

I paid for 2 coins and expected 3 coins on buy 2 get 1 free if I only received 2 coins if i misread the offer well that's down to me I really like the coins but i am disappointed I didn't get the third one free otherwise my score would have been higher thank you

Ordering and delivery were good. Very disappointed the items were not as advertised. A label stuck to a blank coin and yet the videos show a pressed, embosssed coin.

After waiting 3 weeks for deilvery, the two Grumpy Figurines were fine, however the three Friendship Coins were not as advertised and had misspelled wording - eg: Lifetime was missing the L. On requesting a refund or replacement, I was offered £4 and told I could keep the coins, this was refused and again requested a refund or replacement, This time I was offered £7 and told if I returned the coins I would have to pay all the return postage costs.

For a start when the boxes arrived they were badly damaged I'm not sure what's in the boxes it says butterflies on the box to which I did not order very disappointed with the product

When I eventually received my order after waiting for what I thought was a long time and not very good correspondence I am reasonably pleased with the product.

i was disappointed that there wasn't a single prayer card inside. i could have purchased a card holder for less than half the price in the uk

Looked amazing on line. Actual quality poor. Awful material which is disappointing after a very long wait to receive them (2 months) Wishing I could be bothered to return them.
