Great service. If i have any issue i would just email them and it will be fixed unlike staying on hold with customer care person for half hour.

Deserve is a good entry level credit card to learn the lessons of Credit Card debt management.

Good service of the credit card in general. The Mobile app, however, could have better outlook. Sometimes the app hangs & doesn't respond properly.

I'm pleased that I have the deserve edu card, but now that I have another card with no annual fees, foreign transaction fees, AND 1.5% cash back for all my purchases, I'm not really sure what to use my deserve card for. I wish I could just switch to the pro. Either way, it's served me well for a little while, at least!

Probably the best card for an international student. Great rewards program. Unfortunately it has been declined for no apparent reason at times, but I have found it generally reliable. The bill payment process and contacting customer service have always been hassle-free as well.
