I ordered the mercury glass christmas tree set in September 2025 - in gold and silver and nothing has been delivered. Tracking stopped on 20October with no further contact from the company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I'll be notifying PayPal about this dodgy company ripping off the public.

DON’T ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered the Mercury glass Christmas trees on Sept 25th and have not received them yet. They sent me a link to track package but it stopped tracking on October 22nd. At that time package was in Milwaukee, WI and it had originated from Spain. I sent them an email asking where it was and they sent me another tracking number indicating the package was in China. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order. I’m not expecting to receive my anything at this point in time. If I could I wouldn’t even rate this company a 1, it should be a big 0.

I ordered the BFF collection of 5 Illuminated Mercury “Glass” Trees. Not only did shipping take almost 5 weeks, what I received were plastic, not glass as advertised. Each were between 5-6” in height. Don’t waste your money! Another cheap online site taking advantage of consumers!
