Urban MattressReviews of denver.urbanmattress.com

Best mattresses and really professional team! lovely and friendly sales team who go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deals and a perfect nights sleep. Thank you

I am afraid that I am a bit of a pillow diva. Over the years, I have tried more pillows than I care to remember. So, I wasn’t expecting much when I wandered into the Denver Urban Mattress store. I was pleasantly surprised. Although I was not buying a bed, just a pillow, the salesman there, Ken, took plenty of time explaining my options. He even let me borrow a pillow overnight to try it out!! Service was truly above and beyond. As for the pillow, I think my never-ending quest has finally ended! The Perfect Loft (after a few nights of tweaking) has proven to be the perfect pillow for me. The pillow is both soft and supportive. It is adjustable and sleeps reasonably cool.

Our salesman Josh has a very calm and professional demeanor with a wealth of product knowledge. He took time to answer all of our questions to help us select the perfect mattress and base for our needs. Accessories were included and there was no extra charge for the warranty or delivery which was a pleasant surprise.
