Supposedly company sent my product to JFK Airport for me to pick it up. Problem is I live in California and that's on the other side of the country where it was supposed to be shipped to my address. I sent them seven emails.I never received one reply

My wife ordered this and in order to get it we have to go to our FedX location which is very convenient and FedX won't deliever it so we asked for a refund in that the again the FedX location is highly incovenient. It was requested to send product back to get refund which is impossible in that we never received the product. On top they billed us an addtional $97 which was an addtional cost which we did not request so this is a very suspect site which I will post elsewhere so others don't get scammed. Will also cancel with our credit card company should they not refund our money.
