Polite, respectful, courteous, professional small business
I'd been looking for a small teapot to make a personal cup of tea the traditional Chinese & Japanese way for YEARS. Either I would find only much too large pots OR the prices on smaller pots would be in the hundreds of dollars. FOR A TEAPOT! I originally found a Dens Tea pot on Amazon but couldn't get my questions about the product answered there. So I went to the Dens Tea website and reached out to the sales manager via phone. Not only was he patient in listening to my concerns, but he addressed all my questions and even offered to let the owner know about what I was seeking in particular to see if they could find it. I ordered a small pot (same as on Amazon) in the meantime from the Dens Tea website directly. It arrived very quickly, well packaged. It's extremely rare to get this kind of patient, polite, no-pressure service from businesses anymore. I remember being treated this way back in the early 2000's, but some time around the 2010's, businesses started taking consumers for granted--thinking that if they lost one of us there'd be many more new ones to replace us. Den's Tea has earned our family's gratitude, respect, future business, and free word-of-mouth advertising. Thanks, Den's Tea staff, for treating my family like PEOPLE and not walking-ATMs.
