Trying to order checks found out. They charge $40 a box of checks. Customer service is terrible. You can't get a representative on the phone. They're rated a point 9 star. That should tell you everything. I would not do business with Deluxe checks.

Nearly impossible to get an actual human being on the phone. Their automated system doesn't given an option to speak to a person. I just had to try all of the options to find one that connected me to a person. They don't seem real interested in having any decent customer support. Definitely not using them again.

Slow to print (over two weeks) and they reserve the right to charge you twice. I will never use them again. I don’t need a duplicate credit card charge at 8:11 pm on a Friday night to mess up my entire weekend. Find another company…Deluxe has obviously gotten too big and don’t give a damn about its customers. Oh, and I’ve been using them for 25 years, but not any more.

-1 star!! Ordered cheques through Td, queen street east and and Lee avenue branch, end of june 2025. Each time i called , i was told cheques were shipped end of June. When td staff upon my relentless insistence followed up with deluxe, according to td staff deluxe has no record of my account, for which cheques were issued. This company is banking on no consequence from TD. I still don’t have my cheques. The td branch did not care that i did not have my cheques, and ask me to reorder, with no guarantee that it will arrive the second time. If your bank deals with deluxe for cheques, find a bank that doesn’t deal with deluxe

Multiple times I've received checks from companies I regularly receive payment's from threw this service that I've selected direct deposit the website acts like it does every time then days later I don't have the funds I've received zero notifications that the deposit was rejected no explanation just if i look on my deluxe account again now the option is to print it instead of it having been completed when I was told it would be most check cashing stores and even a lot of bank tellers will not even try to cash their checks because they refuse to print them in a way that the numbers on the bottom of the checks are scannable their customer service isn't helpful to the point where I've had 2k in uncashable checks and unable to pay my rent they literally been responsible for me losing my house and I've told their customer service that they don't care and can't help you

The site is supposedly experiencing issues and you are unable to print the checks with no fix in sight. It just say”check back every 30 minutes”. But you can pay them 3% to direct deposit it. I reached out to customer support and was given robotic answers copied out of a book. Don't waste your time with this company/service.

absolutely terrible customer service. no agents available except to tell me to call a different number which then required me to enter information i no longer have why is it so difficult to speak to a person ??? they certainly don't mind taking an order - it is just SHIPPING an order that is hard.
