The bartender did not show up.
The bartender did not show up and did not respond to call or text, nor did any company reps. We had to scramble to buy the supplies she was supposed to bring, set up the bar, and serve guests at my daughter's wedding party. Company reps did not respond to a number of emails, texts and calls, but I finally got a hold of someone 3 days after the event. At that point I was assured I would receive a refund (less a $50 sign-up fee?!) within 12 business days. I did not. I went to my CC company to dispute the charges and finally received a refund. If this is a one-off problem, that's fine, but I advise anyone looking at this company to go in with caution and ask for assurances.
