The Cincinnati office of Deloitte seems to be only interested in helping individuals only if they are white, rich clients who have money. I called June 23 get help for a Honduran 20 year old (Wiler) who came to the United States as a 9 year old and needs help in filing a W-7 form so he can file an income tax return. Yes, file a return so he can try and obey the rules of our country! The IRS designates Deloitte as a Certifying Acceptance Agent the help file these forms. But the Cincinnati office stated since Wiler is not a paying client they routed me to their national office 800-335-6488. I was on hold for 10 plus minutes and then an additional ten minutes after I was told my wait was only 1 more minute. Hopefully one of their rich, white partners will see this and decide Deloitte should take a different attitude in helping those less fortunate than those who were born in this country!!!!

Deloitte are, in theory, handling the administration of Tonik Energy which sadly went into liquidations last October. Their poor administration has resulted in many former customers including myself not receiving a refund for the monies paid to Tonik after their liquidation. The Deloitte team continually promise to resolve this issue or don't answer emails and seem incapable of moving money from one place to another. But given that our money is now in their account, I suppose there is little incentive to do so.....

They dont answer you for 13 days and then come back saying they dont want to take the project. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Staff from this Company are Handling the Administration of Tonik Energy and after 2 Months plus, have Still NOT transferred My Credit from Tonik to Scottish Power (forced onto by OFGEM) !!!! They won't Answer any of My E-mails, just Tell Me to Ask Scottish Power, who have NO Contact details for the Administrators other then "help" at "tonikenergy.com" The Administrators need to Transfer Customers Credits to Scottish Power NOW, People need that Credit to Pay for Winter Energy Usage !!!!

Absolutely appalling experience when trying to obtain any information or indeed obtaining their grievance procedure. They are not prepared to give names and simply fob you off. I had a very serious matter to deal with that could have been sorted had they bothered to help me.
