The CEO is a tyrant, calls people out in front of others and has no respect or appreciation for anyone who works for him. Forget about trying to make a decent living from salary paid, this company doesn't care about your happiness, your well-being or your pay. You can be assigned to a project that your manager didn't even talk to you about. Don't waste your time applying here.
