I have tried to use deferit to pay my cellphone bill I was really short of money during that time. I’m on short term disability due to an inflamed pancreas and liver disease issues. They took three payments out and then one day I woke up from a text from T-Mobile telling me to pay or my phone would be cut off in two days. Thankfully my disability came the day after so I paid it and asked my doctors if I could pay my co-pays next time mind you I had to see two doctors and go get blood work done at labcorb. DO NOT TRY to USE this company THEY ARE using OUR MONEY also no real people just bots or AI customer support which takes forever!!!!!
