Excellent tour operator. Extremely knowledgeable and caring.

Superb planning and coordination throughout the adventure. Great accommodations, great food and the very best of guides. Highly recommend.

Greatest trip of our life time!!

My experience in Uganda with the silverbacks and in Zimbabwe on Safari was amazing. The accommodations were excellent although we ran out of ice one afternoon and evening. The staff at the camps were so accommodating and pleasant. Clouds, where we stayed in Uganda, was beautiful and the staff was so caring. I want to return. Wil and Karen are such good planners because they are listeners and have so many wonderful resources available. We benefit from their Africa experiences.

I worked with Karen Zulauf to plan our safari. She had a deep knowledge of Africa and the camps available in the area we wanted to visit. She was able to figure out perfectly what was important to my group. We went to three camps, two in Botswana and one in Zimbabwe. All different from each other and all special in their own unique way. The traveling from one camp to another went off without a hitch so we were stress free. We were well taken care of and had many amazing and diverse experiences. I look forward to planning another safari with Deeper Africa in the future.

We are so grateful to have found Deeper Africa for our trip to Tanzania with our two teenage daughters. Karen is so passionate and knowledgeable and designed for us a safari adventure that still has us in awe two years later. We are so grateful to our phenomenal guide Ammi for his expertise, compassion, humor, and companionship.

My trip to Tanzania was fantastic !! Thanks to Deeper Africa, I’ll have memories to last a lifetime. Having traveled all over the world I can honestly say this was the best travel experience of my life. Deeper Africa took care of every detail.

The work done planning our month long visit to Tanzania (migration) and Uganda was absolutely first rate. All of the accommodations were first class. The game viewing was as promised. Our guides were simply top notch. I would recommend Deeper Africa without reservation.
