Bonus Depreciation Tax Organizer
As a real estate agent who helps clients take advantage of the STR tax loophole through accelerated depreciation, having a tool like DeductFlow has been a game changer. It's become my go to record of reference when filing season rolls around, and I've recommended it to several of my clients who've found it just as useful. The platform itself is intuitive, so there wasn't much of a learning curve getting my properties set up. And any time I've had a random question along the way, Doug has been incredibly responsive and helpful, not just answering questions but actually taking feedback and building it into the product. It's clear he's genuinely trying to make this the best tool out there for STR investors. If you're an STR owner trying to stay organized for tax time, I'd highly recommend giving DuductFlow a shot.
