Hi Matt, thank you for sharing this, it really does mean a lot to us. We know how big a decision it is to move away from a long-standing relationship, so the fact that you made that leap and have felt the difference is something we take real pride in. Being proactive is not just something we talk about, it is genuinely how we operate. Whether it is finding a more efficient route or flagging something before it becomes an issue, we want you to always feel like we are one step ahead so you never have to chase us. Hi Anna, thank you so much for writing this, it genuinely touched us. Running a small business and navigating international shipping at the same time is no small feat, and knowing that we were able to take that weight off your shoulders so you could focus on growing your beauty brand is exactly why we do what we do. Every client matters to us deeply, no matter the size of their account, and you deserve to feel that every single time you work with us. We are so glad we could also help you find ways to save on costs and avoid delays because getting those details right is something we care about just as much as you do. We are really looking forward to your strategy session, Anna, and to finding even more ways to support you as your business grows. Thank you for trusting us as your partner. That means everything.
