Two charges for same amount on same date two consecutive months. No indication who the money was sent to or what the service is/was. The address is a residence in Orem UT and is on google maps so at least that is real, but the rest is very suspicious. They answered my phone call and assured me my money would be refunded. We'll see.

Received a billing inquiry for this I have never used this company have no idea what it is and have to keep my card locked now so I dont get random charges from companies i dont know.

This company decides to bill me periodically for no reason since Jan 2025. Each time we have to notify our credit card company not to pay the bogus charge, disrupting our family life. We have called the company and they agree to look into the problem but it happens again after a period of time so they have not looked into the problem.
