Don’t go on a Thurs night, too busy & bar staff very rude.
Having previously attended Decimo, we thought we would try another night. Sadly, we went on a Thurs night, which was incredibly busy. We reserved a table & after waiting more than 15 mins & asking twice, when would we be seated, we were told to wait at the bar. We were met with a level of rudeness from the bar staff, including being ignored for approx 10-15 mins, until finally a petite, friendly Asian female arrived, who asked if we had been served, to which we informed her no. Subsequently she took our drinks request, which led to the original bar person resentfully having to make our drinks. We were eventually seated & hosted by a second female, who was friendly, polite & attentive. Our food & further drinks arrived in good time. Food nice, but portions quite small. Noticeable that only one black male host & the rest of the hosts very young white females aged between 22-28 years old. Other black staff in the kitchen, or serving the food & drinks, which was a concern. Management need to look a diversity to make their restaurant more inclusive. Thursday’s experience felt very uncomfortable. Full of fake people & a lot of older men drooling over the female hosts & staff struggling to cope with capacity. Avoid Thursdays. The last time we went was on Weds evening & we had an excellent experience on that occasion, but not on Thurs. Be warned, portions are small At quite expensive price. Drinks are even more expensive.
