DecenaMediaReviews of decenamedia.com

Kim, Juan and the ENTIRE Decena Media team are true professionals and are deeply respected in their field. I discovered Decena Media after being impressed by the polished and cohesive social media presence of a colleague. The content was informative, visually impressive, and you can tell a brand identity was created, which led me straight to Kim. From the very beginning, Decena Media stood out as incredibly thorough, responsive and immediately accessible whenever needed, and genuinely committed to their client's success. Kim and the Decena Media's passion for helping brands shine is evident in every interaction. The team takes the time to truly understand your business, and they don’t stop until you’re completely satisfied with the results. We partnered with Decena Media to help us define and streamline our brand.. When we started we had very little identity and direction. Through an in-depth analysis, Kim helped shape our brand’s identity and created guidelines that have allowed us to maintain a consistent image moving forward. She and her team also redesigned our website, and we were beyond thrilled with the outcome. Decena Media is not just a service provider, they're a resource and a partner. Decena Media offers tools, insights, and even one-on-one coaching to help team members feel confident on camera and comfortable communicating for social media platforms as it is often foreign to most. Kim and Decena Media's standards are HIGH, her eye for detail is unmatched, and they are committed to excelence. If you’re looking to elevate your brand, whether through social media management, brand development, or a complete website redesign, Kim, Juan and the Decena Media team N(Mariana, etc) are your go-to partners. They bring global experience and a wealth of knowledge to every project, and they do it all with warmth, professionalism, and heart. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Working with Decena Media was a game changer, and I’m so grateful for the foundation they helped us build.

I am incredibly grateful to Kim and Juan at Decena Media. They helped me clarify my mission and vision so I could communicate what I do with confidence and clarity. From logo design and marketing to my website, they supported every step with care and precision. They took the time to meet with me one-on-one, really listened to my ideas, and created something that felt true to my heart—honestly, even better than I had imagined. I’ve been working with them for about two years now across several projects, and I keep coming back because they are consistent, flexible, professional, and kind. Their communication is excellent, and I always feel heard and supported. Thank you, Kim and Juan, for bringing my vision to life ❤️.

Kim, Juan and their team are simply amazing. I worked with Kim with rebranding and creating my website. We had multiple meetings where we discussed my vision and Kim delivered! From my logo to my website as well as marketing materials- everything was perfect and pristine! Kim is very thorough and everything she presents has intent and purpose. I am forever grateful for how Kim’s work has helped and elevated my business!

Their team doesn’t just provide strategies—they walk with you, step by step, ensuring each action is aligned with your goals. What stood out the most was their ability to track progress in real-time, offering clarity, structure, and deep insight into what’s working and what needs adjustment. They don’t treat you like a client—they treat you like a partner. If you’re serious about growing your brand, staying consistent online, and building something meaningful, DecenaMedia is the agency to trust. Highly recommended for creators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries looking for more than just digital marketing—they offer digital mentorship.
