It’s a decant business so not much to rate about. Their boxes are great, I ordered from another decant shop and they just sent the bottles in bubble wrap so that’s something they do better than others. I ordered on a friday, it shipped on the following wednesday, and got it delivered on Saturday so 8 days

The prices were cheap and the reason it's not a 5 star is because shipping took 9 days when it said it was supposed to take 5-3 days

We believe there is some confusion over our processing and shipping policies which I will address. Processing Time On your order confirmation and on our website shipping/return policies we disclose there is an up to three day processing time and in rare cases four days. This is because we hand decant every order as they come in. This keeps the fragrance fresh and not sitting on the shelf. We never have decants "ready-to-ship". Shipping Time Normal shipping time for the cheapest service stated on the USPS website is between 3 and 5 days. This largely depends on where you are in relation to where we are. And also other factors which are out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. Your Specific Situation You placed your order end of day Thursday, we shipped the following Tuesday (3 days processing time as we are not open on weekends) and your order was delivered on Saturday (4 days transit). Two of the nine days to receive your order crossed over a weekend unfortunately. If your 4 stars is because of this misunderstanding, we ask that you verify this information for yourself and update your review accordingly. Regards, Drew

From the time you place your order, there is an up to three day processing time and in rare cases four days. This is disclosed in your order confirmation and also on our shipping and returns policies page on our website. This processing time is because we hand decant every order so it is fresh. We do not have pre-made decants sitting around waiting to be shipped. This is bad for the fragrance. We see that your order was placed on a Tuesday, shipped on Thursday (2 days processing time) and delivered on Monday. Your order was processed earlier than stated. Transit time for the shipping service chosen is up to three days for delivery. So, from Thursday to Monday is 3 days transit. I liked how quickly my order was shipped+delivered but I was disappointed over the cost+quantity and quality care. I understand it is an expensive perfume, but I felt the ratio (cost+quantity) of the Delina sample was kind of insane. However, I’m giving a 2 star review mainly because I’m highly certain I was given the wrong dolce & gabbana sample… the light blue summer vibes should not smell this masculine. I’d think twice before shopping here again. Edit: I’ve adjusted my review from 2 to 4 stars. Thank you Drew for your mostly kind response, and for your generous refund of my order- unexpected but greatly appreciated! I won’t sit here and argue about the Delina sample, as my opinion has not changed and neither will your business model, but I appreciate the transparency and justification of pricing. To anyone interested in this scent, I’d highly recommend ordering a bigger size than 1ml! Lastly, I would like to apologize for my earlier accusation of being given the wrong sample. I did not read the designation (“Pour Homme”) of the product correctly when I ordered. I am terribly sorry for this mistake. To fellow shoppers, please read the description carefully before placing your order! Delina Cost vs Quantity You are correct, this fragrance is expensive. In fact, it is $210 for 75ml. If you do the math, that is $2.80/per ml. Your order consisted of a 1ml sample for which you paid $5.99. We run a business to make profit. This profit allows our employees to put food on their table while keeping operations flowing. We believe the cost vs quantity is very fair. Consider checking our competitors’ prices but prepared to be even more shocked. Dolce & Gabbana Summer Vibes Pour Homme Once again, you are correct. D&G are known for putting out two versions of their summer flankers. A masculine and a feminine. Hence, Pour Homme and Pour Femme. You purchased the Pour Homme version. We do not carry the Pour Femme version. This is why we put the gender designation in the title of the fragrance. These misunderstandings are understandable and if you would have taken the opportunity to experience our awesome customer service by email or phone, we would have been just as happy to explain everything.
