Chose DH initially because of the availability of Chanel and Louis Vuitton decants, at very reasonable prices. Quality vials nicely packaged. The only issue I faced was a couple of decants leaking during shipment, from a total of roughly 50 decants.

Five days transit for a priority shipment which should have taken max three days. USPS is the most economical way to ship but sometimes they miss the mark. Every small parcel carrier fails sometimes when you ship as many packages as we do. If not you, it would be someone else. We will meet you half way and provide a 50% refund for the shipping even though it was not our fault. Hope this helps. Regards, Drew

Their customer service was great. Be aware of bottle sizes and ml purchases. It wasn't specified when purchased but I may have overlooked it. Good product otherwise.

Hello Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to review our company and services. We would like to clear up any misunderstanding regarding fill levels. You are absolutely 100% correct! They would not be filled all the way to the top in your case. Only about 1/3. You ordered 1ml of each fragrance. We use 3ml bottles to fill 1ml, 2ml and 3ml. The reason we do this is so that you have the benefit of a sprayer to properly bloom the fragrance and not those dabber things we all hate so much. Your order was shipped with a card that shows all of our bottles and where they are filled to. Please refer to this card which you have. Also, the fill levels can be found on every product page under the "Our Bottles" tab. We hope this clears up the misunderstanding and ask when you have verified what we have explained for yourself, you could please update your review accordingly. Regards, Drew

We would like to address your comment on the seven business days to receive your order to clear up any confusion for others reading your review. Your order was placed on a Monday, shipped on Wednesday (two days processing) and was marked as delivered the following Wednesday (6 days transit). Technically, your transit time was 5 days which is within the range we advertise (3 to 5 days transit). Th extra day was due to your order was signature required, no one was available upon first delivery attempt on day 5 and therefore was picked up from the post office the next day. We understand this can seem like a long time especially when your transit time crosses a weekend. Please be aware, processing time is not the same as transit time. This is disclosed in all of our order confirmation emails and also on our shipping policies page in our website. Hope this helps. Regards, Drew

While it is unfortunate you suffered an extended transit time, we did want to clear up for everyone reading, your issue was out of our control. Your order was placed on a Saturday (we are closed), processed and shipped on Monday. Upon tracking your order, it appears your package spent an excessive amount of time (three days) in a USPS distribution center before continuing to your destination. For what, we will never know. USPS is the most economical way to ship small low cost items. Unfortunately, on occasion, they have problems themselves with slow delivery times. Hope this helps. Regards, Drew

Items all as described. Living in an area without any high-end retailers, it was great to have the chance to try several fragrances without the risk of blind buying. Shipping took a while, but I may be spoiled with some other online companies with very fast turnaround. Clarification regarding the company response: My order and delivery meet and slightly exceeded my expectations, but missed an exemplary experience hence the above average (4/5) rating.

Hello there, Thank you for taking time out of your day to review our company and services. I would like to clear up any misunderstanding with how our service works. We do not have any items "ready to ship". Every order is decanted fresh from the original bottle. This is called the processing time which is disclosed in our order confirmation emails and also on our shipping policies page of our website. Processing time can be between 1 and 3 days depending on demand. In rare cases four days. In most cases orders are processed within two days. Processing time is not the same as shipping/transit time. You add them together to get an estimated delivery date. For your specific order was placed on a Saturday (we are closed). Was processed on Tuesday and delivered Friday. Do not know where you are shopping but most decant companies operate in the same way. To all those reading, for our company, expect two days processing and three to five days transit for standard shipping. This excludes weekends and holidays. Regards, Drew
