Great experience. It’s so hard to sample a scent that no store keeps on hand. Decant House was so easy to work with, my sample is in a nice little spray vial. Shipping was super fast. Thank you so much for what you do!

Get 3ml minimum
They sent me pacific chill instead of symphony, the other decants were correct ,1ml is not enough get at least 3 to 5ml (update) the seller contact me and fixed the issue, I appreciate that

Hello JM, Thank you for the feedback. Your order record shows a 1ml Symphony and the bottle you received carries that label. Each decant is filled from the retail bottle named on its label and the card in your order names the team member who filled it. We can neither confirm nor deny what you smelled so we are giving you the benefit of the doubt. We have no message from you about this order so we will email you at the address on your order and send out another Symphony. It will include a prepaid return label for the bottle in question so we can trace the fill. The same fix is available to every customer through the “Contact Us” page on our site. A review is never required to get an order issue resolved. On the spray count: every decant is measured with a syringe so a 1ml decant contains 1ml. The 15 sprays on our card is an approximate figure. The number of sprays a pump produces varies but the amount in the bottle does not. Regards, Drew

Hello Michael, Thank you for the review and for your kind words about our products. For the timeline on this order: it was placed on Saturday afternoon, September 12, so processing began Monday. It shipped Tuesday, September 15 on the second business day and inside our stated processing window of up to three business days. USPS picked it up Wednesday the 16th and delivered it Saturday the 19th. Priority Mail's published delivery standard is one to three business days, Saturday included. This shipment arrived within that window. Once a package is in USPS hands, transit time is up to the carrier. We appreciate the order and the feedback. Regards, Drew
