We are sorry that you had a bad experience with our sprayers. It is possible you had a defective one or two. Out of the thousands of decants we make every month, we have extremely rare complaints. There are going to be some duds as we cannot guarantee they will all be perfect. Most of our customers are very happy with our sprayers and on occasion say they are better than some of our competitors. Which leads me to believe you have some defective ones. We do send replacement sprayers upon request. Please contact us if you wish to receive replacements. Hope this helps.

As for the response from Decant company;
I don’t need to be educated. I didn’t “misunderstand” anything. I stand by my initial review/my personal opinion/experience, which is the basic purpose of a review, to relay to others ( not be chastised by the entity reviewed.
And yet ANOTHER unsolicited response…
Get a life ( or learn from reviews and/or take customer relations classes ).
Will screenshot and post on other sites.
I have an extensive collection of high end fragrances, and am an appreciated buyer with these perfumers.
And you do NOT disclose on your sales site that the sample bottles are “1/3 full” ( Which I predict you will now, maybe not with the snarky unappreciative responses including opening your 2nd response with the unoriginal use of my wording to respond… ).😏

Thank you for taking time to review your experience.
Upon review, we noticed you purchased the smallest amount possible which is 1ml. So, yes, our 3ml bottles will only be one third full for the amount you purchased. We use 3ml bottles for the benefit of having a sprayer which is much better for application than a dabber. Every product on our website clearly show the different bottle sizes you can order. Also shown is how much we fill each bottle (fill line). We hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
