Hello there, This is most likely not true. If it were true, you would have contacted and we would have taken care of the issue and addressed the problem with our employee. Every order comes with a card which says who decanted your order. Instead, you simply leave a bad review which does nothing to help either party. Hello, Your order was shipped on 3/11 and according to your tracking number which is always sent by email, delivered to a mailbox on 3/14 at 3:16pm. What we are wondering is why you would post a negative review instead of calling customer service to find out what happened. Due to your unhappiness which was out of our control, we are providing a full refund. Also, we kindly ask that you do not shop at our store and use one of our many awesome competitors. Regards, Drew

Processing Time We have a one to three day processing time and in rare cases up to four days. This is because we do not have an items ready to ship. Every order is decanted after the order comes in so the fragrance is fresh out of the bottle. This processing time is disclosed in your order confirmation email and also disclosed on our website shipping policies page. Shipping Time We offer many different shipping options. Our cheapest and lowest standard shipping costs $4.99 and has a transit time of three to five days. Your Order Was placed on a Tuesday (after hours). Processed on Friday (three days processing). Shipped on Monday. Delivered on Friday (four days transit). You chose our standard shipping option. While it is unfortunate your order crossed a weekend as we are closed, we were within our stated processing and shipping times. As for your issue about the fragrances not being accurate. Our fragrances are purchased from authorized distributors or directly from the brand themselves. We are unsure how or what makes the fragrances inaccurate. Maybe it is possible what you are comparing to is inaccurate? Since you were unhappy with your purchase experience and fragrances, as a courtesy, we have provided a full refund. Hello Abdul, Thank you for taking the time to write your review about our services. We are confused by your 1 star rating about our company as it is about the fragrance instead our services. As a reminder, we do not make the fragrances. We purchase through authorized distributors. In your case, JPG Le Male Elixir, was purchased direct form the brand itself. Even more puzzling, this fragrance is very strong. Please reach out to us by phone or email. Something is not right here. Regards, Drew

Hello Larry, Thank you for taking time out of your day to review our products and services. I believe there is a misunderstanding. We use 3ml bottles for the following sizes, 1ml, 2ml and also 3ml. We do this so you have the benefit of a sprayer/atomizer and NOT those dauber things where you have to use the dip stick to apply the fragrance. If we have to put a 1ml sized fragrance in a smaller bottle, you would not have received a sprayer/atmoizer. You always want to spray and atomize the fragrance so it "opens up" and blooms.
