Decant HouseReviews of decanthouse.com

Drew answered my questions I had when I called him and was very professional. He then followed up with me via a call when I emailed him when the USPS delivery notifications says the package arrived but it had not. He handled things very professionally and told me what the next step would be if I didn't get the package. Luckly, USPS delivered the package the following day. I was skeptical about ordering like this which is why I called in the first place. I wanted to check the legitimacy out. I would 100% order from him again. It was very hassle free. My son loves the fragrance we ordered.

Great company, great products, fast shipping.

Decant House had just what I needed and their shipping time was fast. I will order again from Decant House.

I ordered 3 different samples all 3 came in a timely manner and the sample decants are great quality. I will definitely recommend decant house to friends.

From the top! The prices are obviously great, and Decant House has a fantastic inventory. I had no problem finding what I was after and more. I did have problems with Google Pay's autofill, which has been plaguing me on different sites intermittently. I mistakenly submitted my orders with some incorrect credentials, but reached out to get them fixed and Drew got back to me in a timely way and ensured the orders were addressed properly to me. From there, everything else was perfect too. My decants arrived on time and boxed safely with a very nice presentation. I had a large order (as Decant House already came highly recommended), and that presentation went an extra few miles beyond professional. That was just cool, nice, and totally unexpected! All the fragrances are legit. Everything is decanted to to correct proportions. The atomizers work, the bottles are in tact, and I'm all around happy with my experience! Decant House, if you're reading this, I really appreciate the nice presentation. I was already excited about my order and that compounded my excitement of unboxing and trying everything! Thank you for that. And Drew, if you're reading this (not sure how many of you there are), but thank you for your speed, professionalism, and goodwill. You were very understanding and nice both on the phone and through email. I recommend Decant House to everyone. This business is the real deal.

Sent me genuine cologne samples at reasonable prices.

Placed an order last week and received it 2 days after it got processed. Great packing and customer service !

I started purchasing fragrances here a couple weeks ago. The quality and speed are good, but what really wowed me is the incredible quality of customer service. Drew who runs the site provides deep and thoughtful responses to inquiries, and has gone beyond what is expected to provide a great experience. The prices and selection are also better than other fragrance decanting services I've tried. Very highly recommend!
