My experience was extemely well. I would rate Debt Stoppers 5 stars if not for the ending going nearly all wrong. I turned in all required documents and made several phone calls only to receive a letter stating my case was closed without discharge. I could have died! All that work for nothing, right? Well, I harangued the office for a couple of months and finally everything was reversed so all's well that ends well, I guess.

Long process, but upon finishing it will have done all the hard work. I'm grateful that I can now start fresh with their help and guidance. Listen, learn and grow towards a better financial person.

The personnel at times would seem to demonstrate that they were knowledgeable but often didn't connect with me. But always answered any questions that I may have had, or find someone that could . Some time if I had to call back I would be put on hold a lot or get transfered to another person, but in the end my questions would get answered. .

Great experience. Everyone was very professional and, even though they were never able to reclaim money owed to me from a creditor, it was still a good experience.

My over all experience was great however some collectors still called me when I had the understanding they wouldn't. I do like and appreciate the online courses I took I use the pointers to my day to day routine and they are very helpful.

They are honest and very helpful. The lawyers are hard to get on the phone sometimes but they are willing to help you.
