Great talking to you. we been call Super car Care company from pass 3 weeks and try and get your money back since they violated the court order entered on oct 3rd. Debtstoppers dont have the money, the court ordered super car care company to pay you back. We will try our best to get your money back from them.

The paralegals are horrible and do not help you to be proactive about your situations. My paralegal actually received a promotion, for reasons I don't understand. The lawyers are good once you can (if you can) get in to speak with them after your case starts. If you fall short on your payments and attempt to rearrange your payment plan, some guy named Mike tries to intimidate and hard ball you which led me to finish my bankruptcy on my own. Seriously, if you're college educated, actually completed your studies on your own or pretty smart overall and you have the time, you can file bankruptcy on your own. It's not rocket science. If you really can't do it on your own, find a smaller firm or individual lawyer who can actually pay attention to you.

They haven't handled all the business they were supposed to handle for my case. I signed a affirmation for my vehicle loan in August of 2016 and my vehicle loan company haven't received it yet. I am not receiving any credit for paying on time which will help to repair my score. No one want to talk to me to discuss the situation and complete it. No communication nor follow up. I will tell everyone I know not to go through this company and to not listen to the radio station that advertises this company.

If I had known what exactly I had to go through for Chapter 7 I would have never did this. No one calls you back I mean I had an awful experience.

They'll take your money fast, they never respond to your calls,and I've had several creditors that claim they were never given notice of my bankruptcy several months after discharge. Worse part was one was still trying to sue me afterwards and after missing work and making several phone calls I got it straightened out myself.

Too many people involved in case, no one knew what the other one was doing or suppose to do. People being very rude over phone. Phone calls not being returned. Completely dissatisfied with the way the case was handled.
