Great Help But...
My experience was good. They got creditors to stop calling, they stopped wage garnishments that would have caused more problems. I would use debt stoppers again but there are some things that I didn't like at all: 1. The attorney assigned to my case changed several times without notice and when I had questions it was always someone new. 2. The paralegal assigned to my case was great when I could get them to respond. They were very difficult to contact at times and did not always return emails or phone calls within 24-48 hours. 3. There was no coaching as to what was happening with my case especially as I was getting to the end of my case. Even after a successful discharge from bankruptcy I have not heard from Debt Stoppers except for this request for a review. 4. There were no incremental contact points where my status, rights, progress or expectations were discussed.
