Need to be better and responding to clients needs. Very hard time getting someone to respond to your questions after you filed. Left messages but no one responds in a timely manner. I finally started just communicating through e -mail even though it's not the fastest way but I did get my questions answered this way.

The service was ok but could be better!
The attorneys and paralegals could be better at responding to emails and or phone calls in a timely fashion. My attorney no longer worked with the company and I was not advised until I emailed her to ask a question. There were a few discrepancies but other than that, they got the job done!

Poor customer service
The attorneys were very detailed but i didn't feel like they did very well with communication and follow up. I didn't receive follow up calls when I was suppose to. I also noticed a medical bill that was left out and the attention to detail was not clearly looked at. There were tons of people on my file and flipping of attorneys it was never one point of contact. I believe this would help better with customer service if i was provided the list of people i would have to hear from or contact for each purpose.

Charge way too much
I paid more to the law firm than I did in bills. A regular law firm would have charged only $400.00. I would not recommend anyone to them

unfortunately your rating system is a little bias. I wished that I could rated you higher, but I felt during this process there no communication between us and our attorney even trying reach our attorney with concerns or issues was not an easy task to do. We had literally no communication with our attorney at all. We saw an attorney at the beginning of the process and that was it. Our original attorney was not our attorney we were never notified of the switch it exactly happen twice during the process. We had issue that we had to by pass the attorney and go to the trustee because we were able to reach our attorney, The only positive note I will give is that our final discharge (at least I hope so) was processed immediately at the end of our payments, so was a high mark for me but over all, did not like experience, oh and I also want to mention that there were deadlines when creditors were allow claim their debts it appears that that didn't matter the attorney allowed them to claim though they missed the deadline, no big deal, we are done and thank God for that!

Case 10-92494
My name is Wilma R. Thomas, case 10-92494. I received a letter from US. Bankruptcy 13, Judge C. Ray Mullins that my Debtor"s 11U.S.C. 1328 Certificate had not been received. Therefore my case is being ordered, close without discharge.
I had send a 1328 Certificate dated 12-14-2015, to my and Trustee Nancy Whaley and my
Attorney then Robert Cairns. I had to call Semrad to find out who my Attorney was. to mail form.
I spoke with Attorney Cairns and got his address. "He stated, "I was only 10% that successfully completed a Chapter in 5 years."
I also sent to Judge Mullins. However, the address was not complete, He never received. I did not realize, Attorney Cairns should have taken
care of that. However, I called his office and got a recorded, message..
Attorney Robert Cairns had left Semrad. I was not notified.
I was never set up an email account with Semrad.
I spent a great deal of money on my case 10-92494. Five (5) years my paycheck was garnished. I attended every class, and did what, I was required to do.
Now, I had to pay another $435.00 to reopen my case 10-92494. To pursue Chapter 13 discharge. I think, it a great injustice!!.
