Working with Debt-stoppers was amazing and I felt very secure.

Debtstoppers, was a fairly straight forward company to work with. Due to the uniqueness of my situation there was little my attorney could provide me with beyond the basic set payment program. Upfront I was advised of the difficulties I might face if I chose to take this route. I was advised of alternatives and actions I should take while going through the debt stoppers program. I was encouraged to seek other means of addressing my situation that would allow me to better handle the situation after completing this program. The only confusion I experienced was during my exit interview , I was told that I needed to sign one thing and went to the office and was told it was not necessary, only to be called later and advised I needed to sign it. A paralegal called and advised me of what to do and emailed the forms to me. Overall I am pleased with the assistance they were able to provide me.

For the most part, I was very pleased with Debtstoppers. I'm giving them a 4 instead of a 5 because I had about 5 attorneys total throughout my 5 year plan. If I had already provided info or asked questions to the original attorney, I would have to provide and ask again. Also, their response time could've been better. Even the paralegal was slow to respond via e-mail & phone calls. I accomplished what I set out to do, so overall it was a good experience.

My experience was great but the only thing is that when I emailed the person that handled my case I never got an email or even a call back. I think alot of things might have needed to be explained more into depth but they did what I needed to be done.

I am grateful that Debtstoppers worked out for me for the most part. The thing I didn't like about it was the frequency that my Attorney's changed and most of the time I didn't even know a new one had been assigned to my case until I called the office and was told I had a new one.... I also didn't like that the last two Atty's that was assigned to my case "often took their time about returning my calls" when I had question(s), and had to leave a message.....Other than that, I got thru all the requirements and the legalities of My BK, after many years of struggling to keep my payback payment arrangements, it feels wonderful to have my "Car Title" in hand, and All My Creditor's paid !!!! So, i guess We All Benefitted and I Say Thank You!

I would recommend this place to everyone. The service was fast and stress free. I was allowed to make reasonable payments which was extremely helpful.

I was pretty satisfied with debt stoppers. My monthly payment was a little high but we completed our bankruptcy and I'm now able to get my finances back on track.
