Don’t use these Attorneys,, Iam very Unsatisfied.They change attorneys too much you never have the same one it’s hard to get In contact to speak to someone concerning your case ..if it’s not doing the early morning hours you You cannot reach anyone To speak to. You have to leave a voicemail for them to return your call Poor communication. They are not good at getting the correct information that is needed for your case I have paid off my Creditors from years ago and now I am repaying them because a lot of information was still on my credit report but those creditors were paid off in a previous Bankruptcy from prior year’s,, it was paid in full .. I received letter that I had completed all of my payments,, but for some reason it looks like I’m paying these Creditors again ,, I have Proof aswell but with this Firm ,, they to me do not have there skills together,, sorry I used them ,, People have various reasons for choosing Bankruptcy mine was Extremely a hardship.. I expected better service

Do not hire these attorneys to represent you in time of financial need. All they care about is getting paid their $4000 fee. Court room attorney does not keep you informed on the judges ruling, you have to consistently call to find out. unwilling to explain the process to you. Does care if you have rent due, they still take their cut of your pay check before you see it. /more debtors call now than before I filed, Then if your case is dismissed for job lost they want another $1000 to refile. They refuse to give you head attorneys name. In fear of being reported. I will be contacting the Bar Association & BBB.

I would not recommend you to anyone. You are very thorough it taking my money but any other assistance that I needed was like pulling eyeteeth. I was put on hold for long periods of time call backs were not within a reasonable length of time and I still have people debtors who. should have been on the list of debtors sending me bills Every time I went to court I had a different attorney who looked at me as if I were just someone out of the crowd you are not consistent no one used the 3rd reporting Agency. And when I asked why your telephone operators or rude unconcerned and this was a terrible time for me to pay you that money out of the small amount of money that I received calls to my family to experience hunger and even have our utilities in jeopardy but you are uncaring unconcerned unsympathetic or empathetic and I don't think that you do this for the help of people you do it for the money I Would not recommend you to anyone and I was so sorry that I came to .

I really didn’t know much about bankruptcy. My fist bust was great. The man that help me made a lot of promises that wasn’t kelps. When I call the customer service representatives couldn’t really answer my questions and always told me that my attorney would get in touch with me to answer them but I never received a call back. Now when I call I keep getting the voicemail. Communication is key to a successful business but it’s like once they get your money they don’t care about your case anymore.

Never seen such a mess .dont return calls dont show up for court they will file the paperwork but that's it been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 months. I cant believe a company can stay in business doing things like this . Spend your money with a law firm that is willing to work for you not just take your money .

I missed the last class due to work. Tried to reschedule and I was told it was to late and they dropped me after paying them $900. Then, called the next week and said we tried to take a payment and it wouldn’t go thru. Clearly, they are some scammer. Because after going up there to get clarity on rather on not they are gonna stop me or I can reschedule the last class. I was told it will be another $600! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!! I've used debt stoppers in the past and the customer service rep they have are unprofessional and RUDE. When you have a customer that is paying there money for service they should not be talked to like there kids and belittled. CAUSE I"M not the ONE...now I need to understand how i was in a chapter 13 for 2 and a half years and some of my old debt is still unpaid? where is my money going and why customer don't get a monthly updated of what was paid and what wasn't ? How are customers still getting collection calls and letters stated they wasn't inform of the BK? why the attorney on the case never able to call you back when needed? i need ALL my money back if this is not taking care of in a timely matter. Also office hours needs to accommodate the CUSTOMER, without us how will this company run .

I went in to the office to file Chapter 7 and the young attorney took my information and it was all put in the system wrong. Then I was told by another attorney that I made too much money so I would need to provide Chapter 13. In the middle of completing my credit counseling, I was told that they had put my information in wrong and I made too much money. Well, they added child support which should not be included, so he told me according to what I make I should be able to pay the debt. A week later I had every creditor on my credit report calling me to collect money. I believe they are stealing information and selling it to the highest bid or partnering with other offices in order to collect money on the people who have sought them for help. Please protect your information. Then no one returns your calls or emails... I was able to file a Chapter 13 with an attorney without any problems and I have an affordable payment... I would not recommend Debtstopper because I believe they prey on people who file Chapter 13
