I still havent been called back or gotten my items out of storage that I was told I could get back by the trustee and by the attorney we met with during our first visit but still waiting for help from someone other than an aid

Terrible!! Took me almost 2 weeks to completely file! My attorney had no idea what he was doing! All my stuff was deleted and I had to start over with a new attorney that got me filed pretty fast!

The customer service was ok but not very informative and when they tell you someone will call you back in 24hrs it isn't true atleast not for me.

I paid for a chapter 13 that I did not finish and had to pay more to convert to a chapter 7. I had no gi to attorney and it was hard to reach paralegal while dong the chapter 13. The chapter 7 was better but the accounting and payment department is very rude and unprofessional .

Poor communication. Repeat of same type communication between people managing the file.

Very Professional, The only thing is it was very hard to contact someone about my case. They took a message and said they would call me back and have not heard from them. Otherwise great service

I, Renee Roberts did not have a good experience with Debtstoppers. Whenever I called I did not get an answer. I left numerous messages with a reply month later. The first paralegal I had Melissa would call back with attitude; she quit and I found that out when I called the number I had in my phone. The next paralegal I'm assuming was a paralegal I don't even remember her name because I only spoke with her once. I had to start calling the trustee's office in order to try and get answers as to how much more money I owe and when I should have been making the payments. I had to keep trying to reach my attorney's office to find out when I will receive my discharge papers. I'm still waiting on those as of today 3/17/2017. Not Happy, Renee Roberts
