Death Wish CoffeeReviews of deathwishcoffee.com

10 year plus customer and many years of subscriptions with them. However, the shipping has tanked. Customer service while polite has tanked also. Last two orders. First took 3 weeks and customer service intervention. However, they finally got me the products. Last order. 15 days and went to the bank to try to get refund. No product shipped. Then replacement not shipped. Then next replacement not shipped. The typical BS response. Multiple emails either not answered or answered late, up to 4 days late. Instead of Oops sorry, try fixing shipping and customer service. Not in all my years with them did I have any issues before. Must be new management or something. They could care less about customers now. Spend thousands of dollars and you will only gets Oops, sorry. No customer retention thoughts on Death wish coffee side. Sorry

I am addicted to death wish coffee. I absolutely love their coffee. I love my subscription and although their customer service is a touch hard to get a hold of once you do they are kind courteous, and their main goal is to make the customer happy which is so very rare these days. So I had two rewards. that I earned, I didn’t realize that you cannot use them together, and when I inquired customer service about it, they were so kind in their explanation, and I totally understood and respected it and left it as that, but they were the ones who offered to combine the coupons they were the ones who made it happen. They were the ones who were kind and went above and beyond they didn’t have to do that. It said it in the very small print that I missed and I get it, but they went ahead and did it anyway because that’s great customer service and you know what it made me purchase twice as much more and spend more money with them. And even though I did say customer service is a touch hard to get a hold of their customer service agent goes above and beyond. He is exceptional, and deserves some kind of associate award.

After years of drinking only death wish my calls for help are left unanswered. I have been sending emails via their contact which I'm thinking is help@deathwish and crickets! I get a message that they will take 2 days to answer me. How about over a month and not a word. I have sent several at this point. I'm absolutely never buying another bag of this coffee. How can you blast my email with at least 30 different promotions but not reply to one email. Way to go on getting a good rating on google and then locking your reviews so all the people you have pissed off cannot destroy that rating. There is zero chance that you are a 4.5 star company. Do better or don't but know that you lost another around $100 a month.

Fast delivery. Great coffee.
