unfortunatly can't put 0 stars. They have stolen me 180 euro,i have buy 6 mouth before,they have send money back in a credit card that is passed to validate,i had tell they to don't send there the money or i lost, i have tell a lot of time! Now they have blocked me for sign in on account in dealXtreme and they do not answer anymore. STOLEN SITE!!! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEY!!

tube klok besteld en het allergoedkoopste bouwpakketje voor een digitaal klokje ontvangen. na heel veel moeite een contactformulier kunnen vinden en na heel veel mailwisselingen kan ik dan mijn pakketje terugsturen naar china voor minstens 11 euro aan verzendkosten en als ik dan een bewijs stuur naar dealxtreme dat ik het pakket met track en trace verstuurd heb, dan kan ik mijn geld terugkrijgen..als dat al gebeurt, ze zullen wel weer een nieuwe smoes hebben, dus ik weet nog niet of ik die verzendkosten er wel voor over heb.

Op 1 december een tube-clock besteld: 2 voor €34,95. Op 21 december kreeg ik een pakketje geleverd: allemaal losse weerstanden + andere componenten. Dit bleek dus een zelfbouwpakket klok te zijn: niet degene die ik besteld had & ik had al helemaal geen zelfbouw pakket besteld. Via dealxtremenl at gmail adres contact gezocht: ‘u heeft zelfbouw besteld’: incorrect. ‘U heeft niet de actie code 2=1 ingevoerd’: incorrect. Originele site of link niet meer te vinden. Ook geen naam of adres. Dit zijn de oplichters waar we zo vaak voor gewaarschuwd worden. Geld ben ik kwijt en aangifte doen kan maar levert denk ik heel weinig op, behalve frustraties.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I payed for 5 items and I just received one. One month after, I received 3 items and one didn't work and other was completely broken. Just one was fine. When I reviewed all these items on their site, they just accepted the good reviews and didn't accept the bad ones. THEY ARE TRYING TO FOOL THE CUSTOMERS. They don't allow us to give bad reviews. ONE ITEM IS STILL MISSING.

the items are exactly like in the web page are described. the shipping cost is free I had a little problem with a item but it was solved, the item was lost in post office and then DX offer me a solution. Very low priced The delivery time is too long (2 months) but according to the tracking number I saw that the problem was in my country (Mexico) (one month and a half stuck in Mexico without any reason).

Long movie short: One guy on a hardware forum recommended me a low-budget pc-mouse ( rhorse FC-5150 ) that was incredibly cheap , worked nice and was really sturdy. Went to DX and bought two units. One of 'em arrived damaged so i had to request a refund ( it was a quick & painless process ) ... bad luck , thought to myself ( although the packaging was really poor to be honest, i'm amazed not all those mouses arrive in little pieces ) . One relative needed a really cheap mouse... and since the other unit worked fine, talked to him about it... and ended up buying a third unit of this rhorse mouse. On the meanwhile, needed to buy another mouse for myself, so i ended up buying a different one ( just in case ) that was slightly more expensive ( Qisan X5 ; this one is a really nice one ! still using it right now ) . The third unit of the rhorse mouse arrived , and worked fine. A few months passed, and my unit of the rhorse mouse started to malfunction. Asked my relative if he was experiencing the same issues... but his worked fine. One more month and had to discard my other rhorse mouse as well. It was too late to complain since it lasted like 4-5 months. Short after that... the rhorse mouse from my relative started malfunctioning the same way too!!! eventually he had to discard it and buy a new one. Once again, it failed like 4-5 months after ... same defect ( the left-clic started to work in turbo-mode all by itself, so one click was like doing so 10 times ) so in the end, we ended up losing money with it. Having items that stop working properly just a few months after makes you feel defenseless... and on this particular case, even if i complained they'd think i'm a scammer , etc... after all, it was three units of the same mouse model... but i could never foresee such horrible results... not for an item like a pc-mouse . Have had all kind of ultra-cheap mouses since the early 90s ( i even have some working ones in store ) and none of 'em failed like these rhorse mosues ... this was by far the worst experience i've ever had with such item... so can't say i'm happy.
