Bought a defective M2 drive from them. They asked me to go through 8 steps including opening a return order to the M2 drive company and sending me warnings that they would throw the M2 drive to the garbage and not return my money. Thankfuly, I bought it on Amazon and Amazon clearly saw through their BS. Just look at how they answer their clients on Amazon review, it's jaw dropping. To try to insult me, they refunded me 0.01$ out of 370$ for my purchase. Just to show what type of crooks they really are. Thankfuly, Amazon forced them to refund me in full 3 days later. Stay away.

I have purchased the Huawei freeclips from deal target.com. I actually received them faster than Amazon could ship this. Oh, and it was cheaper. 100% can recommend shopping here when you see a deal.

I ordered a product from them they updated the order saying it shipped the next day. Three days later, after not getting updated tracking information, I reached out. They assured me that it would ship that day and that they would update the shipping to expedite shipping. That was a lie. After finally getting updated shipping I would have received my order almost two weeks later. I asked for a refund and I am waiting to see how that goes. I really hope I don’t continue to be lied too.

SCAMMERS!!! Document all interaction with them. If they are trying to scam you CONTACT YOUR BANK AND FILE A CHARGEBACK I bought a part from them on amazon, I had to pay for return shipping. When I asked to be reimbursed the representative was extremely unprofessional, and they tried to manipulate amazon policy to convince me that return shipping was my responsibility despite clearly being covered by the free return policy which amazon confirmed. After shipping, the package mysteriously ended up in an adjacent neighborhood, and they claimed they never received it and therefore would not refund me. Obviously a mail forwarding scam. I ended up having to go through my bank to get my money back. Check their reviews on amazon, i'm not the only one they tried to do this to.
