Deals-o-saurReviews of dealsosaur.com

Highly recommend not ordering from this website. Shipping details are no where close to being accurate. Ordered the product on December 10th and still haven't received it 20 days later. It looks that it will still be at least another week if not more before it arrives. The only way to contact the company is thru email and it is nearly impossible to get a response. Save your time and money!! Would have given it 0 stars if that was possible.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not order from them!

Another scam sham Chinese company. This quote from their shady return policy should tell you all about their integrity: "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. " So you pay for the return shipping, then they deduct that cost from the refund IF you get one. LOL. Of course, that means IF you even get the item to begin with. All they want is your money. Once they get that, good luck on anything further.

I ordered the couch covers they advertise on their site (4 for a normal sized two-seater couch). I did get my order unlike the previous reviews in 2 weeks but my issue was that the covers were sewn incorrectly so they couldn't fit on the couch properly. I'm not talking about the covers gathering a little bit or even them being a bit tight. Some areas are very tight and other areas are bizarrely loose. I have had several couch covers over the years so I know it was not me that was incorrectly fitting them. I looked up their return policy and it said you can't get a refund on sale items, in which I got the covers at 50% off. However that policy generally means most of the items advertised on deals-o-saur cannot be refunded. Yes these products are defective but it's going to be hard for me to prove that for couch covers and I don't want to pay for return shipping (which does not get refunded) to find out I lost more money than what I paid. Also they don't have a customer service phone line that you can call, just an email address and you need to get your order back to them in 30 days so you don't have time to stuff around with emailing. This was US$105 down the drain. The lesson here for me is to stick to the more reputable vendors like ebay and Amazon.

I ordered a product three weeks ago and after receiving an order confirm email, no word on shipment even though it says will be shipped in 5 days. I sent an inquiry email, but no response and looks like it’s a scam. I should have stuck to secured shopping site such as Amazon. It’s a learning lesson for me.

Do not order from Deals o saur company because they give you no way to track your product. They also do not have any contact info except email and they do not respond. I ordered something 10 days ago and did not get tracking Info. I have not gotten my item and can not get anyone to respond to email to check on where the item is. Seems fraudulent

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!! It’s a SCAM!! You will NOT get your product. I filled a complaint with all I knew. Lost $120 dollars and delivery was never made. After several emails they stated 21 days for delivery when website says 7-10 day
