I recently made a purchase using dealsCube. It could not have gone any smoother --- I had many questions regarding the product, and the seller was very enthusiastic about replying back. Being that the product was a bit less than $15, I didn't expect much communication, and thought I may just have to 'take a chance', however the seller was thorough and helpful, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

This was my first purchase from DealsCube and I am ecstatic! After this purchase, I browsed the site and found numerous deals that I consider great prices! I was also very happy with this particular order. This item was sent to me immediately (via email), and I am very happy with the purchase, price, and support (the seller contacted me to ensure I understood the product I was buying as it had a caveat to it). I will most definitely be using DealsCube in the future and recommending it to others!

I am Writing a very long and detailed review here so please bare with me. In the end it will all pay it will all make Dealscube that much more appealing and that much more a better company to do business with. We are first time customes and a family household that are very busy and 2 of the family members in our home are disabled and can no longer get out and about to care for themselves and go places. So they entertain themselves with computer games. One of them being The SIms. Now My husband and are very busy with work and caring for a child in school, We have both his parents with us and my father here so that makes us even more busy. So instead of buying a hard copy one weekend after finding out that a family member wanted it, And driving to town, We went online to buy a digital download. Nice, Quick and easy right? Wrong! For some werid reason we keep getting error after error no matter what we did to rectify the issues!.Dealscube WAS AMAZINGLY Patient! They worked with us every step of the way, No rudness, no ill intentions behind it, no finger pointing, Nothing! In the end it did not work out at all. They offered to do a remote access to install the game them selves, but my husband does not like our privacy to be I guess you would say,,,brought before others? Is the best way to describe it? So I told them no, left it at that with no intentions of a refund because it was a digital copy and we did try to register the code. I truly do not know if it went through how ever since it never succeed in it download. But the point is. I wasnt expected it. They still offered the refund to the unsuccess and I was pleased with the entire effort of this whole ordeal! I have NEVER in my life dealt with a company this friendly nor this detailed with its customers! I just hope Everyone feels the same and will give them a chance! Thank you DealsCube for what you did for my family, you earned a valued customer with my entire family! And we are quite larger! The Gizowski Family

Great website, easy to use and better prices than amazon sometimes.

dealscube has an interesting section of their site called ''free items''. you pay for the item + shipping, receive it, and 30 days after your order, you can place a refund request. almost immediately, i received a refund of the price + shipping. so the item was definitely free. the only drawback is the 30 day waittime for the refund and the up-front cost.

This site, give great deals. Very quick and accurate customer service.
