I have "purchased" a Lego set almost 3 weeks ago and have yet to recieve a payment order. In contacting the seller they were rude and not helpful at all. So I thought I'll contact deals cube direct to se if I could rectify the problem. No response. A week later sent another email. No response. Here we are now, with a third email underway and still no response. To me this is not reliable and very frustrating.

The game I purchased crashed at a certain point in the story, after the prologue (which actually started after episode 2 somehow, yeah the game completely skipped the prologue to start). I believe in this version of the game it's supposed to skip the prologue (because it crashes after it). Upon some research online I found out this happens in the cracked/ pirated version of the game. Also, installing the game changed my time zone to Hong Kong, another sign that this is a cracked version of the game. The seller refunded my purchase but denied the piracy. I will never use dealsCube again, I don't support piracy.

Fake seller. I ordered something from this site. Nothing happened after 3 days. So I emailed them, got response said it will take up to 10 business days to process. After 10 business days I sent another email to their customer service and left a negative feedback on the seller. What I got was the same 10 business days explanation. They also removed my negative feedback. This must be some kind of scam!

Also please read the message that was sent to you on 10/02/2015 by the seller where the seller stated it that "If you do not receive the payment request e-mail within 10 business days, please let us know and we will re-send it" Per our feedback policy, buyers and sellers can not leave feedback to each other unless the payment has completed for that specific transaction. I made a purchase, and after purchasing an item there was no code. How can I trust this seller or site if? I have to wait several days for a code to download the purchased item, but the funds were disbursed immediately.

Also we could not find any order with the Invoice #125091. Please note that, if you have not made a payment within 60 minutes, your order will be cancelled automatically. If you made a payment through your bank account, that will take 2-3 days to be completed and your order would have been cancelled already since the payment was not completed within 60 minutes. We suggest you to contact the seller first to ask them to resolve this issue. Most sellers are happy to resolve any issues you may have, so give them a chance to make it right for you. I ordered a Coleman 9949-750 Road Trip Grill LXE back in April 2015. After much back-and-forth about delayed shipping (three months later), I eventually left negative seller feedback (seller: edsungrills). Rather than handling the issue professionally, the seller spitefully cancelled my order because of my negative review. Nice work, edsungrills. Bravo!
