Impossible to Cancel & Ignored by Customer Support
Very disappointing experience with Duolingo. I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and stop the charges, but nothing worked. I don’t even use the app anymore and customer support ignored the messages I sent. Now I’m still being charged for something I never wanted to continue. Completely frustrating and unacceptable service.
