Another black hole for your money
At the encouragement of an owner (?) of this crypto exchange, I put in $500 as a test. She (Bella) told me to just try it. She wrote to me in Telegram " our platform allows withdrawals at any time and is extremely safe and reliable" None of which has been true for me. Can't withdraw....she has frozen my account. "Safe?" How can it be safe if I cannot get my money out when I want it? "Reliable?" I have sent 10 messages to their customer support in the past 15 days. No answers. None.
