I ordered this product expecting a game-changer, but I was left disappointed. The quality was poor, and it didn’t work as advertised. The packaging was flimsy, and the item arrived late. Not worth the money. I’ll stick to trusted brands next time. I bought this hoping for a fantastic experience, but it fell short. The product was underwhelming, and the delivery was slow. I expected better from a site I usually trust. A waste of time and money. This purchase was a letdown. The item didn’t match the description, and the customer service was unhelpful. I won’t be ordering from them again. Disappointing all around. I was excited to try this, but it didn’t deliver. The product was faulty, and the website’s claims were misleading. A bad experience that I won’t repeat. This was a huge disappointment. The item was poorly made, and the shipping took forever. I expected more from a site I usually love. Not happy with this one.

I ordered the Cruiser which could easily be a toy for a child. It's junky, small and way overpriced. When I told them so, they refused to refund me because it was past a certain time frame. Shark Tank equals garbage.

I purchased a utility cart from the Amazon seller “dbest Products Inc” called a “Dolly Trolly” on the later part of April of this year and for a couple of months everything seemed fine. Suddenly I noticed that the foam handle started to disintegrate for no apparent reason as shown in the attached photo. I contacted the company and complained about the issue and I immediately received a response indicating they would look into the matter, then I waited and waited but no response, nothing just dead silence from them. After a number of follow up inquiries and receiving the same silent response I realized this was their “motus operandi” do nothing and wait the customer out until they give up. In that regard I would caution anyone considering buying from this company either direct or through Amazon and have any issues with the product they will most likely receive the same silent treatment I did, so buyer beware!
