I scheduled an appointment for a specific time, and they never showed up. I called to find out what was going on, and they told me the technician was “on the way,” but I continued waiting and still nobody arrived. No proper update, no respect for my time, and no reliable communication. I rearranged my schedule specifically for this appointment, only to be left waiting with no service at all. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
