Obsessed is an understatement
Obsessed is an understatement. The ring is absolutely perfect and exactly what I’ve been wanting for years. The quality, the communication, the service — everything was 10/10. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be a returning customer.

This was my first purchase from David Simson but I do not think that it will be my last!
The ring I ordered is beautiful and exactly as described/pictured. It was beautifully packaged and delivered in a timely manner. The team at David Simson communicated with me every step of the way. They even sent a google maps screenshot of my apartment to confirm that the address was correct. Wonderful customer service. This was my first purchase from David Simson but I do not think that it will be my last!

Great experience and the ring is stunning. I wanted the east west style for stacking and it is perfect! Now I just need another ring or 2 to stack it with. 🙃 THANK YOU!

Great to work with, great products
I was very impressed with the customer service. No matter what time of day I sent a message on their website, I had a response in less than a few minutes. They were always very helpful despite my silly questions. The ring I was looking for was very specific and they designed it beautifully and affordably. I was surprised at the shipping as well. It came faster than I had expected considering they are overseas and we had to go through the whole design process (which was super easy). I would recommend David Simson jewelers to anyone with a gift for a special someone.

I lost my original engagement literally a couple weeks before my wedding. I got the same ring and it got to me a week before my wedding! Beautiful and great quality!
